Unsuccessful payments

Please follow these steps when a payment is missed:

  1. When a recurring payment fails, you'll automatically receive an email reminder.

  2. If your card has expired, click here for instructions to add your new card. After adding a new card, our system will automatically deduct your missed payment.

  3. If your account has insufficient funds, no problem! Our system will automatically deduct your payment when you have enough money in your account.

  4. Please note that our system automatically retries your payment a total of four times each month, with a gap of 2-3 days between each attempt.

  5. If your payment fails on the fourth attempt, we won't retry the transaction again until your next recurring payment date.

  6. Don't worry if you miss a payment, we understand that budgets often change from month to month.
